When we first met these lovely clients and stepped into their Laguna Niguel home, we immediately saw the potential for a beautiful home remodel. The home already had great character and a solid layout, but many of the finishes felt ready for a refresh. Our goal was to preserve what made the home special while introducing timeless materials, custom cabinetry, and thoughtful details that reflected our clients' style. So, we got to work.

From the moment you enter, the Saltillo tile flooring sets the tone with its rich blend of color, creating warmth and personality. Paired with soft brown engineered hardwood flooring and crisp white walls, the home now feels bright, grounded, and timeless.

The primary bathroom features porcelain star-and-cross floor tile with white herringbone shower walls, while the guest bathroom pairs grey-blue Swiss cross floor tile with aged brass plumbing fixtures. Both bathrooms include custom vanity cabinetry and wood-paneled walls that add warmth and character.

The kitchen became one of the home's most charming spaces with hand-made ceramic wall tile, color-drenched inset cabinetry, and carefully selected finishes. One of our clients' favorite additions is the pot filler above the range a practical detail that makes everyday cooking just a little more enjoyable.

Today, this Laguna Niguel home feels refreshed while honoring the character that first drew our clients to it. Thoughtful materials and timeless details transformed the home into a space that feels warm, inviting, and uniquely theirs.
